GREAT BIKES-GREAT EXPERIENCE I looked at reviews online and talked to a lot of e-bike owners before purchasing (never owned or ridden one before) So after a few months of looking I pulled the trigger. I’ve got the GoldenR and my wife has the Boxer ST. Received them on 8/23/25, packaged extremely well, not a scratch on them. Assembled very easily. We have put around 50 miles on them now, they are flawless-powerful-easy to ride and fun! Makes us want to ride bikes again! We also get a lot of comments on how nice they are. The customer service was spot on. I had some questions and needs. Zero was helpful, patient and great! Thank you

Kiki who works at Puckipuppy is a joy to work with- very attentative and goal oriented to quickly resolve any bike or warranty issues I have had which have been minimal. They respond quickly unlike many other E-bike companies and build a good quality and sturdy E-bike. A recent friend commented on how well the frame welding was done on my Trike. I highly recommend Puckipuppy for your first or next E-bike. I don’t say that lightly and I think you will be pleasantly surprised with your purchasing experience. Kudos to the awesome staff

The most comfortable e-bike (mountain) I own. It’s a tank (but oddly light and attractive) so if you don’t use PAS you’ll definitely get a work-out and reserve your battery for that last climb before returning home!

The ride is great with the built in suspension. The assist and gearing work great together. The bike is on the heavy side, but I would say that contributes to a better ride.

My tire popped right away after I got the bike, it’s a mountain bike? Should be able to take on trails? Please let me Know if this is under warranty because it has not been a year yet…very frustrating

Delivery took less than a week. Assembly was straight forward, YouTubes helped with that (pause and magnify steps for finer details) Quality is above what I expected and build is quite robust for our purposes. For commuting around the RV park and touring some of the local 2 track roads these seem to be quite sufficient. Seats are comfy, pedals are grippy, accessories are higher quality than I expected for the price. Most of the tools required for assembly are provided. The Golden R required a thin wall socket for proper access to the axle nut on one side, and I'd recommend using a torque wrench and thread locker on fasteners that don't already have it applied. (Many already have it.) The wife's Corgi is larger than you'd expect, she only raises the seat a few inches to get the leg extension she needs and she's 5'6". The Golden R is a tall bike to get on for me at 6'2", 250, but not bad even for an old guy. The dual motor boost is a game changer on the back roads, haven't had to get off and walk it yet. All in all, these are fine vehicles for us and fun to ride.
