Love the bike. This is my second e-bike. I was disappointed in the first bike that I purchased ( not puckipuppy), so I had a better idea of what features I wanted when I shopped for a second bike. Puckipuppy did not disappoint. Very satisfied.

Do not, for your own sake purchase an e-bike from Puckipuppi!!!! We purchased 2 bikes from them and spent almost 4 grand. My husband is having issues with his but can't get any help or be able to talk to someone who can help!!!! All they want to do is Email. They say they have tech services, but nobody knows anything about that or has anyone who can talk to you! Reviews about customer service are bad and now that we are here, we have experienced it first hand! My husband has been very patient with them, but if was on the phone I would want to reach thru and grab them by the damn throat!!! How does this company build a product and sell it but has no answer as to any tech support??!!! So, I beg you!.......save your sanity and don't buy from them! I'm going to do everything in my power to put them out of business!!!!!

Dear Jodi, We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had a frustrating experience. We understand how important it is to receive timely assistance when there is a technical issue with an e-bike. Puckipuppi does provide technical support, and email is our official channel for handling technical and warranty-related concerns. This allows our support team and technicians to review photos, videos, troubleshooting information, and other details carefully so we can provide the appropriate next steps. As we’re unable to identify the specific order from this review alone, we’d be happy to look into your husband’s case directly. Please contact our support team with the order information so we can locate the case and assist with the technical issue. We appreciate the opportunity to review the situation and work toward a resolution. Sincerely, Puckipuppy

I would to thank Puckipuppy for contacting me when I wrote aboutmy experience with their company two years ago. They could not have been more helpful and walked us through several different things that could be the problem. It seems it wasn't such a big problem after all, and my Husky trike is working and I couldn't be happier. I should have been more persistent when I first contacted them regarding the experience in November 2024. They were patient and professional throughout this procedure. I am completely satisfied with the outcome. I would love to revisit this problem. If you have a way to try and get our Husky Puckipuppy tocharged I would be thrilled. I was surprised when I received a request to do a review on this product because it had been so long. Thank you so much for given me a chance at being able to use the bike. Please contact me as soon as possible. I purchased this for my husband in October 2024. I researched others for a couple of months before deciding on this one. My husband had terminal cancer. I thought this might help him get around our property and get outside a bit. He rode it twice for a short period of time. He passed on May 4, 2025. I haven't been able to get the bike to work since. The company sent me a new charger at no cost because it was under warranty. That didn't help, it still would not charge. They offered me a battery at a discount price so I bought it. That wasn't successful either. I'm not sure if I just got a lemon or what. I can't sell it cause it won't run. It's sitting in storage collecting dust.

Dear Frances, We are deeply sorry for your loss, and we sincerely extend our condolences to you and your family. We’re also sorry that we were unable to resolve the issue with your bike despite the warranty assistance and replacement options our team provided. We understand how disappointing it is when a product does not perform as expected. If you would like to revisit the issue, our support team would be glad to review your previous case and see whether there are any additional options available. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to assist you, and again, please accept our sincere condolences. Sincerely, Puckipuppy

It's a very well designed bicycle. Rides great and can always rely on it getting me to and from my destinations. I wish they would have had a spare battery deal with my purchase.

The bike was packaged well. I felt it was pretty easy to assemble and Puckipuppy provided all the tools. The bike is really comfortable to ride and has a big seat with soft suspension. Looks well made. I use my bike for hunting so it gets abused. This one has held up well so far.
