Stephanie at the Public Storage on Airways in Memphis was very helpful and went out of her way to assist me with my unit as well as answer all questions/concerns. I have had a great experience with Public Storage thus far and would recommend others to rent from their facilities. I have not had the same service in the past from other storage facilities quite like this one.

Shout out to Ruby @ Public Storage at the Lenfest office!!! 👏🏽. She went above measure to help me get my storage locker. She was personable, patient and determine to get my solution. Sheila also was there to assist!!! What a team!!! I highly recommend this facility.

This company has been going to dozens of changes first it was security self-storage then it became Public Storage. And to add insult to injury the price of the storage units have gone up from when it was just only $150 a month to $201 and I hear that it's still going up I'm going to probably have to remove all of my items from my storage units.

My motorhome was stolen from PublicStorage on Martin Way, Lacey WA. Someone bought a storage unit for $1.00 for the first month and a $29 fee. You don't even have to go directly to the office. You can even get one online at Publicstorage.com. Please look at the screenshot of their web page included with the pictures of my camper. Online Contract. No Contact. Rent Online Right Now. Skip the Counter & Go Straight to Your Space. Then you get a personal code linked to your name (or fake name and ID), no verifying anything, including address, documents or ID. In my case, someone got the code at 3:30pm and came back 4 hours later and went back and simply drove out with my motorhome. All on camera. When you get a the code and get through the gate gives access to the entire storage property. When my motorhome was stolen the persons got $30 a code, and went back 4 hours later and drove it right off the lot. They refused to take any responsibility. They said they do not provide any security, even though they are locked behind a security fence with cameras, and a personal code is required to enter the property. Beware of this company! Check the reviews before using them. And definitely don't store anything valuable with them! Keep an eye out for my motorhome, please.

Never Again- They raised the price every month after second month - Removed the convenience carts - AC temperature was raised - Got so hot that my electronic inventory got damaged - I asked for a smaller unit at 4:30 pm since I had no time to finish moving out on time and gave me 4 hours to transfer from second floor to third floor - according to the website they should give me 48 hours to transfer to another space - management is nasty and unhelpful- while having to deal with their lies another person was also complaining about their awful treatment- Never Again!

They lied to me about everything: temperature controlled building, safety features, security features, everything. Too, their staff is so STUPID that almost every six months I would get a call informing me that my locking had been broken into or all my stuff had been stolen. So when I moved out I discovered that their emergency sprinkler system destroyed most of my belongings in a locker I had been paying for over ten (10) years. Don't trust you valuable with these .... con-men. You will regret it for the rest of your life. I can never replace the family pictures, family heirlooms, and the ashes of the deceased who had been also stored. Even the Pleasant Hill Police Department admitted their security is CRAP: they only have one camera that shows anything.
