I’m extremely satisfied with the quick turnaround from public goods on my refund.

I love this company and specifically that I can feel good about the lack of chemicals in the products and the cleaner packaging. Every once in a blue moon there's an issue with my order, but everyone time customer service has always been quick to help resolve it. With this particular situation a refund or reshipment option was provided, which I appreciated having the option since the shipment would have only been for two items. The only suggestion for improvement I have is regarding some of the products that stop being produced. Im my experience these products will show as out of stock for a while and then eventually I won't be able to find them in my search. It would be helpful if they were noted as discontinued so that I do not have to keep checking the website to see if they are coming back in stock since the "notify me" option doesn't work with this scenario.

This was my first time ordering from Public Goods and I had to reach out to them on a Saturday due to a missing package that was taken by porch pirates. I was so glad they had CS hours on a weekend! The customer service team was super speedy and friendly/professional in replying back to answer questions about filing an insurance claim. Fortunately, my package was found up the street and returned by a neighbor shortly after I contacted customer service. The box was missing a couple of items, but the CS team was incredibly helpful in offering a solution to replenish the stolen goods. The entire transaction was handled so professionally—I will certainly be a repeat customer!
