Charged me for a one-year plan I didn't ask for. Many books seem AI created. Many of my reviews didn't seem to come from people who read the book.

Pubby is Terrible! Stay away! 100% problematic! There's no way to talk to a real person and the bot does not answer questions relating to issues with the reviews. Waste of time!!

This company need to start to confront the scam reviewers that enter their site. Who clearly do not read the book they have selected. Below is a example of what I mean. When I select a book to review I at least write a paragraph on my review and I would it expect the same in return. Pubby have a responsibility here and quite frankly they are not providing a professional service indeed they are encouraging these people who are on clearly no interest in reviewing books. Pubby must insist on a minimum word count on their reviews. I have used Pubby for several months and have been very satisfied with their service. You get what they tell you you'll get, their response time for queries is good, and they'll go out of their way to accommodate any special requests. I've also read lots of interesting books for free thanks to them. Highly recommended.

They suspended my account with no explanation after taking payment. Then they refused to delete my data. Update: I contacted my bank and I managed to get my money back.

I have nothing but great regard for this firm. If you want reviews for your book, Pubby is the best option available. They're just the greatest. My experience with Pubby is when you put in the effort to evaluate other writers, you will reap big returns by receiving snaps that will get you a slew of reviews in return.

A scam run by lazy, shady, rude people. First off, it can get you banned from Amazon. So don't do it. I didn't know that because these scammers falsely represented themselves as legit. But even if you want to risk it, know that Pubby is horrible to deal with. Bruce and Co. are too lazy to track reviews (literally their only job), so they routinely take away your earned points until you find and deliver the review yourself. I turned in only 5 stars and only on time, but I was constantly harassed about lateness or failing to complete projects. Dare complain about being mistreated and you'll be subjected to even more harassment. Lastly, many of the other "authors" are scammers too. They have AI write garbage books, intentionally misprice their offerings to cheat the point system, and have AI write your reviews, which will flag your account. What does Pubby do about all this? Absolutely nothing so long as they get their monthly $.
