The experience started off well as I started to get loads of reviews in a short space of time! But then they started saying that lots of my reviews hadn't been approved by Amazon, even though the Amazon site showed the opposite! They deducted so many points from me it practically destroyed any progress I was making! They are so quick to get back to you when it suits them. But, if you've got a real issue they're never there! It seems to be mainly AI service and there's no company registration or address or contact person listed!

They dont bother replying to any emails when you need support. They literally ignore you.

I signed up over a week ago, couldn't login as their "forgot password" doesn't work. Ive sent 4-5 support requests. Not a response. They have my credit card details on file so am now worried this is a scam.

Terrible they suspend you with no explanations or appeals No customer servicer most of the time!

I'm not sure what is wrong with this company. Everything seems to be okay except customer service or support. It's non-existent and they don't bother responding to your emails even though it's supposed to be within 24 to 72 hours during business days. It's been way beyond that and more like going into the 2 week mark. And just like the rest of the reviews, give your money to other companies who are interested in doing business because Pubby clearly does not.

No customer service. I think it's a scam cause you get free 10 day trial but yet apparently site is broke cause can't download a single book to read. Still waiting days after contacting customer service and now free trial is almost up so worthless! I will be going to a competitor that actually has a working site and customer service!

What could have been an amazing site has been destroyed by nonexistent customer service. I accumulated so many sparks only to received no reviews in return and not a word from customer support for over a week

At first, I really liked the service. Later, I found out by looking at my credit card, they charged $14.00 for my " free trial." Then they tried to take the yearly rate from my credit card. I cancelled that card. Then, they went into my digital wallet& tried to take money from another credit card.
