Customer service was superb and they filled my order as fast as they filled the last one so I’m very happy with this organization

Mark is nice man to work with good products and good price

Very nice people and very helpful

Called the toll free number and received excellent info on what size and type of PTAC would be best for my situation (400 sqft sunroom in North Carolina.) Advised that 7-10 days were required for drop ship, got it on day 10. Ordered PTAC using the website, easy, no issues. Unit works great, had it installed by my HVAC tech during annual maintenance of other units (gas pack and mini split.)

Great Customer Service! The two units arrived in a better than expected condition - no rust or random debris. No issues installing. Both PTACs work just fine so far.

The representative I spoke to was so helpful. I was trying to find the connector to link my new GE PTAC with a non GE wireless thermostat. He came up with the exact product which I installed today. Thanks a ton. So many other places I tried didn't have a clue, including GE

It’s good and quick.

Received my part very quickly and packaged well. It was exactly as the picture showed and worked perfectly. It was a little difficult to make sure I had the right motor as the description didn’t give many details. I have about 110 PTAC’s and this will be my first parts source!
