I tried to buy locally and it was a total disaster. Then I contacted PTAC and not only does this unit work great, it’s extremely quiet and customer service was outstanding. Affordable and, more importantly, it works great.

When my existing PTAC in a rental property quit, I looked into PTAC4Less for a replacement. Lots of options and different prices as well. When decided on what was needed and hitting the GO button, the unit arrived quickly and even with the delay of the July 4th holiday. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

I cannot recommend this company enough! I'm not an electrician or handyman, just an average homeowner with a limited budget, so I looked into refurbished PTAC units with a Google search. These guys popped up and I looked through the extensive inventory online with their own product ratings and picked a refurbished Friedrich. Naturally I had questions, so I called the customer service number and the rep that answered was incredibly helpful and walked me through the whole process. My electrician ran the proper line and a friend and I did the installation. The unit looks and functions like a brand new machine. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I have recommended them to anyone that will listen.
