Great customer service and responsive

Very disappointed with my experience. My order was supposedly returned because of an “incorrect address,” which makes no sense as I regularly receive all of my packages at this exact address without any issues. I contacted customer support hoping to find a solution, but unfortunately they were not helpful at all and did not provide any real assistance or clear explanation regarding what happened. After waiting a long time for my order, having it returned without proper communication and receiving no support from customer service is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Dreadful service, I ordered a US 9.5 and they sent me a US 8 , obviously they don't fit and they refuse to pay for the return, insisting I pay as it is my fault, I would never use them again.
