Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my order over a month ago and never received it. Throughout the entire process, customer service kept telling me they were "investigating" and that they would handle everything and keep me updated. After making me wait for weeks, they finally told me that my parcel had been returned to the warehouse and expected me to contact the local carrier myself, even though they had repeatedly assured me they were taking care of the issue. To make matters worse, I still haven't received my order or a refund. I paid for products that I never received, so from my perspective, this feels like I have simply had my money taken. This is completely unacceptable. They never offered a proper solution, never resent the order, and never took responsibility. I will never order from this company again. I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this website to think twice.

The shirts I got are amazing the material is great and fits me nice. Only complaint I can say is shipping took a while and the sides are really small. I got a S and it was smaller than I thought but I can fit it nicely. Other then that it’s a great buy❤️

I had a great experience with the Psylos1 customer service. My size got out of stock while I ordered the pair but they were very quick to advise me about it and kept me updated until it was available and shipped it right away. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I haven't received the shoes yet, but I'm so glad they were able to send me my pair. Thanks Psylos1!
