I really like my shoes. I hadn’t heard of this brand before but the site seemed legit and the options were all sooo cool. It took a while to ship without accurate stop-by-stop tracking info so I was a little nervous, but I love what came!

The shoes were in amazing condition and very good quality, they’re very comfortable. It was a little hard to track the shoe shipping wise but they did come within 2 weeks which was nice!

However this latest order has come damaged and smelling of petrol. I have reached out to Psylos1 to give them a chance to resolve the situation as these are expensive trainers and there may be some exceptional problem which they will be able to resolve.

Pretty good customer service. Couldn't see my package at first but they emailed back quickly, and when I had a faulty but wearable product they provided me a half refund. Fast replies.

Rene die ganze zeit mein geld hinterher. Wirklich crazy die leute da im support. Ich checke ja dass manche sachen länger dauern. Aber bro, die ignorieren komplett meine Nachfrage wann ich denn mein Geld zurück bekomme und lenken ab? Als würde ich dann sagen ja ey behalt das Geld und alles gut. Vertraut mir und lasst es sein Lieferzeiten etc stimmen halt zb auch nicht (2wochen wurden 2monate)

Terrible experience. The material was poor quality, and the zipper wouldn't close because of the excessive padding. I told them I wanted to return it, but they just made excuses. I'll never buy anything from this kind of website again.
