I was a little bit skeptical ordering from Psylos1 at first due to their negative Instagram comments about shipping issues / customer service. It did take a little bit for me to receive the package but it makes sense since they ship from overseas. I do wish they would use a better tracking site because you can’t see any tracking updates until it’s preparing for delivery. Also, the carrier that dropped off my package left it outside my apartment complex but thankfully someone brought it inside for me. Customer service is very helpful and quick to respond which is awesome. I would definitely buy again from Psylos1 and I encourage everyone else to give them a shot as well! ❤️

No complaints. Came in like 2-3 weeks ago. The clothing was cute and no smell. And communication was on point. 👍🏾

I did not receive my orders. I spent over $250 on 2 orders thinking this company is legit. I never received any of my items. I tried reaching out to the company concerning my orders for them to tell me that it is with a “local” delivery company called GOFO. This is a scam! That company will tell you that they can’t deliver at your location and to provide the closest UPS address so they could deliver it to. They will never deliver the items!!! Psylos1 will not give you a refund and will only tell you to contact GOFO! It’s a scam!! Do not purchase from this company!!!

I received my order as described. Beautiful shoes and beautiful package. I also received prompt responses and refunds. I will not hesitate to order again. I wish they had more sizes of shoes. It usually sell fast number 9-9.5.

I paid over $270.00 for a pair of sneakers that I never received. I emailed customer support several times and never heard back. No response. No delivery of goods. Do not buy from this vendor. It is not legit.

I ordered a pair of shoes and according to their site if you cancel within 24 hours and they have not been shipped it will be canceled. I emailed them within an hour of ordering to cancel. never got a reply to any of my emails except a tracking number a few days later. they tell me if I want I can return, but I'm not going to payto send them back I have to pay for the shipping which is almost as much as I paid for the boots because they have to go back to China. they are not following their policies and I already have a dispute with my credit card company. I want to send them back but I'm not going to pay almost as much as I paid for the shoes just to get that same money back so I'm still out money. AVOID!!!!!! their customer service is poor and I don't know what to do with these stupid shoes I can't even use.
