I was referred to this site by my family doctor due to their health network not having mental health services. At first, I was impressed by the wide variety of therapists that accepted my insurance but unfortunately the two therapists I’ve seen from this site have been awful. The first therapist would only talk about herself and not let me get a word in about myself. The second therapist would cancel at the last minute and wouldn’t remember any information from my previous sessions. She also tried to charge my credit card 800 dollars for 3 sessions which is way more than it should have been with my insurance. I feel like these providers don’t have any sort of screening before the site allows them to advertise themselves which is very unfair to the patients looking for help.

Be careful of this company!! Did therapy with Martina Bador was horrible experience! Extremely messy would not trust this person with ur private information. Broke the rules constantly should not have a license!

I was apprehensive about using this service and following today’s interaction, I’ve made a great decision. My gf suggested another couples counselor that would be an asset to LGBTQ+ Members. She selected a “Dr. Misbha Qureshi” because of her profile and similarities to my upbringing/religious background. I initially filled out the intake form and received a text messages encouraging me to continue the process. A link for Yoga was attached for the time scheduled instead of the entry intake finalization interview. Once the call began I was disturbed about my time being wasted and even more frustrated having to step out of my Bar Prep Exam to sit in my car for a yoga class, I never asked for. Fast Forward, I was asked via text to reschedule and once agreed, I spoke with the Intake Person identified as Jackie who couldn’t explain the terms and payments to OUR Insurance companies. Based on the lack of data that would have suited me and my partner I advised that I was not willing to move forward. I thought that was the end of it. I discontinued Communication with this office and my partner and I decided to utilize another person. Today, My partner receives a call from “Dr. Misbha Qureshi” bad mouthing me and saying I haven’t been in communication with her. Sad part is my Partner has been on speak phone on every interaction and today was no different. Instead of avoiding the text sent previously, I advised the “Dr.” of my unprofessional interaction via text. Her response was my text are unwarranted: when she “had been seeking communication with me.” She continued sending very unprofessional text creating false narratives surrounding my career and my health. Following the request to cease contact, “Dr Qureshi” Continuing to send harassing text messages. My partner frustrated with this entire process insurance was charged fraudulently for a service never render. I forwarded the text to a few of my attorney colleagues and classmates, this individual shouldn’t be eligible to practice any therapeutic or Social services for anyone. Her behavior represents a Malignant tumor toward the practice of therapy. I would really recommend not using this individual, very unprofessional. Don’t subject your family to this business. A screen shot of the text messages were also sent to the Board of Social work, BBB, and Md Attorney General Office.

Nothing is checked for honesty

I would not recommended Mrs Sian Dyer to anyone. Before I started therapy with her I asked would I have to cancel a session if I had trouble paying. She told me not to worry I could still do therapy session. I never signed a contract form until session 3 and never got a copy of it. At session 5 she kept yawning while I was talking and after 45 minutes the session ended but, by the time she had cancelled her other clients and waited for her husband to pick her up I could have finished the session. From session 7-9 I paid the full fee and only got 40 minutes as she never arrived until dead on 2.00pm and then spent 15 minutes making coffee but, never gave me extra the extra 15 minutes. On session 10 I had money worries and so I cancelled the session and Sian went back on her word by not letting me have the session. I only had talking therapy with her for 6 sessions and the last 3 she was doing trauma cards which never helped me at all. I only went with her for chronic daily pain therapy so doing trauma cards were of no benefit to me. I wasted 9 sessions of £55 with Sian Dyer and she made me uncomfortable as kept saying I had aspergers just because my son has it yet I haven't been diagnosed with aspergers. Sian Dyer does not do what we had agreed upon on what therapy I wanted to do. Wish I had never wasted all that money on her.

An unethnical doctor, she likes for you to come several times a week. She will take your money!! Watch out for her.

I hate this website. You do a form request nobody contacts you back. Been harassed and emotionally abused by therapists and assistants. In Between Counseling therapist hurt me so bad today. She lied about not doing consultations but I just saw her bio and it showed that she does 20 minute consultations. So angry about that She lied to me. I made a huge mistake choosing her because she spent 1/2 hour saying I shouldn't be doing online therapy, kept asking me things I didn't like, and rejecting me. It was never a therapy session. I poured my heart out and bursted into tears. I desperately need therapy and she let me down. I thought I had hope now I don't anymore. I lost everything. I want my $27.50 back. On their website shows Psychology Today verifies them. She should not be doing therapy she caused me more severe emotional pain and severe doubt. Giving me bad advice etc. I am so angry. It was so bad. Feel vulnerable and deceived etc. angry.
