I found a great therapist on here 3 years ago, recently that ended and I was able to find a new therapist I’m really have with. I was able to use the filter to find someone qualified in the type of therapy I was looking for. I found it super easy to use. The counsellors I have found were fully qualified, registered and experienced.

I ran into this website recently for personal reasons and that it required some recognition. It's extremely user-friendly. It's basically a directory for mental health professionals - psychologists, psychiatrists, mental health counselors, social workers, licensed professional counselors, etc. I was able to filter my search by location, insurance company, personal issues, and therapy styles. By doing so, this cute my research time in half. What a huge sense of relief. It dropped my stress level down from high to manageable, which is exactly where I needed to be able to make the next good decision.
