Terrible experience overall. They lie a lot.

Poor SERVICE in general. There was an issue with my order and slow shipping, like everyone else. I left four messages, no one ever returned my call. The emails were vague and provided little to no assistance. PScontacts management: I will no longer order from your company and neither will the 100's of other folks that posted poor reviews. Considering there is steep competition on the web, it shocks me that you allow poor service to be the 'norm' and are not concerned about the bad reputation. If you don't listen to your customers feedback, you won't be around for long. I suggest replacing your logistics person and customer service manage with people that understands the customer is our most important asset.

I've read a few terrible reviews on PSContacts and was hesitant to use them for my new contacts order. Especially their delivery. I've also read a number of 5 star reviews as well. Well, I placed my own order and figured we would find out. Four days after placing my order my contacts arrived. Qty and type were correct. Expires in 2024. I would not hesitate to use PSContacts for my next order. Great prices. Low processing fee. Free shipping over $59. $5 refer-a-friend program. Sure beats the other claimed discount guys.

Please do not order your contacts through this company. Took 2 weeks for delivery and when my order arrived I had two different colors of contacts sent. I called customer service three times with no reply. Buyer BEWARE!!!

Turns out, they're just bad at communicating!! I placed my order on 12/20/2019. Payment was processed 12/23/19. By 01/06/20....still no confirmation of shipment of my order or a tracking number, nothing. Ifigured, hey, maybe they're just slow because of the holiday and what not. I tried to track my order through their website and it kept insisting I had "no existing orders." Started getting nervous after seeing all the bad trust pilot reviews.I called and emailed them and only got automated responses. I'm a student who can barely afford to eat let alone lose $70 so I called my bank to file a claim to get my money back. Two days later, 01/07, bam, they deliver my contacts. They're the right prescription and everything. Which is great, but the whole experience felt too risky. I personally will never order from them again, but if you're okay with no reassurance of shipment confirmation or tracking and no representatives to answer your questions, go for it! Going to stick with with the company I usually use. They deliver in 2-5 days and even include a free contact case with every order (ezcontacts).

I placed my order on 11/4. It was not shipped for three weeks until 11/26. Why? While my card had been immediately charged, they 'wanted to verify that I was the cardholder' (no id was required so I don't know what they actually verified). I called for two weeks until I was able to get someone on the phone. My multiple voicemails and emails were ignored. Finally, on 11/26 my package was shipped out. I eventually received my tracking email. The expected delivery date was 12/9. Today is 12/27 and I still don't have my order. I've reached out over a dozen times between unanswered phone calls, unreturned voicemails and emails to any PSCONTACTS address I could find.... I received a single response nine days ago promising my order would be reshipped immediately. I still do not have tracking information and I doubt the order was reshipped, as I have no confirmation of any sort. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. YOU WILL HAVE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR BANK TO GET YOUR STOLEN FUNDS RETURNED.

I'm sorry I didn't find these reviews before I ordered my lenses. I had the same problem as everyone else. When you inquire about your "late" order, you get answering machines and automated emails. No humans. This place is a scam. Do not believe the positive reviews. It has been 2 weeks now and I just disputed the charge with my bank. If it sounds too good to be true then "it is" !
