It is June 27, 2026. One of my orders just left the grading stage. PSA received the card December 2 , 2025. Over 6 months!! And, this card is Value Plus, not standard. Customer service has been worthless. No help at all. You cannot email or talk to any executive. PSA is too expensive. I have started shipping all my cards to CGC. So far very happy with them. CGC is owned by Blackstone Inc. one of the premier companies in the world. Who really needs PSA? Not me. Tired of the aggravation dealing with them.

Horrible experience with PSA service. They give conflicting answers, and you have to ask the same question over and over again to get it addressed. Do they realize that some of these cards are worth enormous amounts of money???? They act like a service desk for a $2 fidget spinners. Honestly, I’m going to start selling my cards raw. It’s so stupid though, because I’m willing to pay way more for card grading if the company is reliable and not scammy.

Horrible customer service. They pull Value grading and then refuse to offer refunds for customers who purchased the $200 membership with the sole intention of using that service. Now I just paid for nothing but stupid magazines. Goodbye!

How is this company dominating the market? I sent them two pictures from the 1800s that can’t be replaced. I sent a picture of them signing receipt of delivery. When the photos weren’t registered in over two months, I called. They can’t find them. Their grading is inconsistent at best, they’re slow, they’re disorganized, and they’re shady. Their gradings mean nothing and can be resubmitted. How? How are they in business?

I have sent multiple cards to get graded ans every single one of them came back a 8 or lower. Explain to me how a brand new just opened pokemon cards are below an 8 without a single scratch on them, no marks whatsoever. I have yet to get a single 9 or 10 on cards that even everyone I show says I got ripped off. PSA takes forever and for what, to get ripped off every time.

I have used PSA three times since April 2026. Each time, I submitted one card for grading. The most recent submission was last week and the card is already in grading. I paid for "Regular" service for each submission and each time the card progressed at a normal or better than normal pace. I see no delays, have not experienced any nightmares or bad customer service. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I am more than pleased with their service and will understand if there are are delays. I will continue to use PSA and ignore all the horror stories I've been reading.

This BS company is very very very inconsistent. It's supposed to be the standard but they grade depending on feelings and revenue. Received a grade 5 on an absolute mint Shadowless Charizard, cracked the case, sent it back and got a grade 9 to the tune of $700. What a rip off
