Garbage. Sent three submissions at the same time in the same box. Two of them were the same service level and they were both returned multiple months late and the second one came 6 weeks after the first even though it was the same service level. They took so long that i had moved to a new location and had to intercept the package in transit because they did not ever listen to my emails and my phone calls where they had assured me the address had been changed. Definitely do not submit here especially if you do not know if you will be living at the same location for two more years. To add to this the third order was supposedly a faster $40 service level that ended up taking 3 months longer than the $20 submissions. And the most expensive card from that submission was received with a cracked slab. It has been ten days since i emailed about the cracked slabbed and i received nothing back.

They either switched my card out or damaged my card, I can see damage that wasnt there before in their reveal photos. Also, can see a bunch of lint or trash encapsulated and the card was meticulously cleaned under a microscope before sending. 100% do not recommend this company.

PSA is terrible. They lie about grading times and are the worst at communicating anything 15 days for express my ass try months, Then tell you it’s your fault. Customer service is a joke.

I have been as patient as i can be and understand they are very busy but my wait i believe is excessive even by their standards!!!! They have had my cards since 10-27-25 which is 131 BUSINESS DAYS as they are so fond of quoting mu cards were there before the last update they announced that the time limits were going to be even longer!!!I sent them a couple of emails to customer service who was responsive in answering but have no power to do anything and i still am waiting on my cards.At this point i am considering whether i can charge them with theft because they have my cards and i dont think they are making an effort to return them.I spent over 3000 dollars with them in the last 15 months but of course that doesnt matter to them.I cannot wait to see if the government shuts them down and breaks their company up into alot of smaller companies.They have already committed fraud and should be in jail now.At this point i just want my cards back graded or not their are other companies that do grading that are just as good or better.

I submitted 11 sports cards to PSA for grading. 1980 and newer category. I've owned all 11 since year of issue. PSA returned 5 of these cards "altered". There is NO WAY they have been altered since I have owned them the whole time. Beware PSA is doing this. Of course they don't tell how they determine the altered status and do charge full submission price. I would be fine to pay the fees IF the cards were truly altered but in this case they are not.

Literally awful, didn't answer a single one of my queries, waste of time even opening the ticket I had in the first place, not to mention how hard it was to even find out how to open a ticket with you guys. It's something I see from a lot of companies these days, each department you FINALLY get a hold of passes you onto the next department, and then eventually closes the ticket, useless staff clearly, already didn't trust PSA, definitely don't have any integrity. I'll make sure to boycott you guys more heavily in future. I genuinely hope you make an effort in the future to answer even a single simple question when customers finally manage to get a hold of a human being rather than just fobbing them off. Awful service, awful communications, awful overall. Massively regret wasting my time trying to get anything out of you at all. God forbid you tell me if Cert #135526131 is verified or not, which is the only real answer I wanted in the first place. Like I said before in my previous emails, if you can't verify your own Cert numbers to be deactivated or not, and why... what even the point of you existing in the first place. Oh wait... money... I should have realised sooner, if money's not involved and you've already got your payment out of an order why would you bother helping any further. What a way to run a business.

Just had to contact PSA regarding one of my orders. I have been submitting with PSA over the last couple years and for the most part everything has gone smooth. Today I contacted PSA in reference to following up on one of my orders I submitted and Ariel in customer service was fantastic. They answered all my questions and were able to help me out to speed up my process. Despite all the bad publicity I have seen I have had a great customer service experience.

One of the sorriest companies on planet earth! The customer service is an absolute joke! First, when you speak with customer service on the phone, they all sound like they are still in middle school! Second, good luck in getting anyone who actually cares! All they do is say, "I am sorry." They do not actually do a damn thing! The last two orders I submitted were seriously late in returning -- way over the time allotted! There is always an excuse! In addition, no one calls back. Good luck in speaking to management -- never! They are always "in a meeting." If you get an email, it is basically a "kiss-off" response. Good luck getting a refund for waiting so long either! On one order, what was supposed to be 30 days, ended up being 110 days -- absolutely ridiculous! How they are still in business is just shocking! Truly a sorry, sorry organization! I wish other companies authenticated photos (not autographed). PSA just sucks -- PERIOD!!!!!
