I have used ur grading company a couple times now, and you consistently disappoint me on an epic scale! I should have learned my lesson the first time when i sent in a 1958 Mantle in GREAT condition. Corners sharp...no blemishes whatsoever...there are 2 'card stock' stains on the back...very small...U sent it back to me without a grade. U labeled it...ALTERED!!!! Gee...Thanks for turning it into a piece of TOILET PAPER!!! When I called and got someone on the phone...he looked it up and found that the 'grader' put in his notes that it was GLUE!!! Keep in mind that I paid almost a 1000.00$ for it to be graded. At a time when PSA made you pay a price that we...the customer, felt it wud grade at. And if 'we' were wrong, and psa felt it was worth more...psa wud literally call u and tell u to pay more money!!! Well...apparently they wont reimburse some of the money if they grade it as near WORTHLESS!! Since then, I have come across soooooooo many 1958 topps cards with the same card stock stains...that get numbered grades!! Its a common issue with that series. But mine has GLUE!!!??? Its been in the family since...u guessed it..1958!!! How cud u be so ignorant and declare urselves to be the premier grading company. What A JOKE!!! Hell...ive seen you give a 1969 Jackson rookie a psa 1 that had been folded in quarters for what looked like the last 57 years. Thats ALTERED, u morons!!!! Just HORRIBLE

They truly are a scam company. Im starting to believe this company with ebay and delivery companies are doing a pure controlled scam on the collector universe. After all isn't psa trying to buy ebay? They not honest in any way these ceos they pure thieves! They only help there friends and the truly rich people they bow down too. Do not do it they are a terrible run bro company ceo is a crook.

I PAID $349.00 DOLLARES FOR EXPEDITED RETURN FOR 5 CARDS. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 7 TO 10 DAYS. BUT AFTER THEY GOT MY CARDS ON 2 JUL 26 THEY DELAY MY RETURN DATE TO BETWEEN 31 AUG AND SEP 13. NO THEY KEEP THE MONEY AND SAY THEY CAN'T PREDICT DELAYS, BUT THEY SURE HAS HECK KEPT MY MONEY.

My submission was damaged in PSA’s care leaving some decently price cards with bad grades. PSA had my cards for four months and totally screwed me over. They even didn’t grade one of the cards saying it was miscut. They are a poor quality company that passes itself off as the gold standard. I will never grade with them again.

Company is Nothing but a rip off dishonest over priced fraudulent ass business and it's a shame they r the big shots of controlling the whole hobby. Wish nothing but horrible things for PSA shut them down forever

I am very disappointed with my experience with PSA. They do not clearly inform customers that they may have to pay import duties, VAT, and other customs fees when their graded cards are returned. These unexpected charges should be communicated upfront so customers know what to expect before placing an order. On top of that, I found their customer service to be unhelpful and not customer-friendly. My questions were not answered satisfactorily, which made the overall experience even more frustrating. I hope PSA improves its communication about potential import fees and provides better customer support in the future.

Horrible service. Havent receive two packages that were completed. The worst!

Terrible service, they received cards in March stated that they were in the grading process. Finally get them back in the last week of June. Only to find out that cards received no grade. Contacted PSA asking why the grades were not given considering they kept the cards for four months. Was basically given some BS excuse was there was no precedent for grading the unopened packs of Pokémon cards. I had already called PSA and had received a word from them that these were long packs of Pokémon cards, and therefore they had issues grading those particular packs. To receive an email that states they couldn’t do it because there was no precedence for it when actually there are plenty of Pokémon packs graded but they have issues spreading it the longer packs it’s just plain BS. Paid almost $100 in shipping to ship the product and receive it and basically get a slap in the face. Will never send another item to PSA again extremely disappointed. Overall, very disappointed make it Cgc going forward. And bottom line if you’re gonna offer a grade packs of cards and then single out packs that you considered to be too long to grade put that on your website it wasn’t at the time of submission to PSA. If you’re going to grade one pack of cards grade all packs of cards or don’t grade them at all.
