Submitted a Steph Curry PSA 10 to their vault. About a year later, asked it to be returned to me. First they claimed they couldn't find it then they admitted that they had used a duplicate certification # with a Pokemon card. Threatened to sue them and a "supervisor" got back to me, apologized, and said the card would be returned to me. What did they do? Sent me the Pokemon card. UNBELIEVEABLE INEFFICIENCY AND COMPLETELY WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Use BGS.

I noticed ALL the pricing changed on my invoice from when I submitted my cards to grade in November 2025. On my submission form the fees were $27.99...NOT $33.99. I understand that fees went up and service times are ridiculously slow based on demand but its seems quite unethical business practices to increase the price after my order has been approved and sitting there since November 7th with a service price set back when I submitted. VERY disappointed to be overcharged on the cards I submitted last November!!! No wonder why there are so many complaints! Hey new CEO...DO BETTER!!!

Subjective grading with no consistency. Go with TAG/BGS. At least you get the grade the card deserves rather than how the graders feeling that day.

I purchased a NBA autograph jersey with a PSA cert number and all matches. I found out that another person has a NBA autograph jersey and it has the exact same cert numbers as mine!!! I have been trying to get a response from PSA for 6 weeks now and nobody will respond with an answer as to why two different jerseys have the same PSA cert number!!!! PSA is not as professional as they advertise!!! Beware people!!!!

If there is one company with zero customer service or respect for their customers then PSA is it. They obviously don’t care about their customer or their reviews. They don’t reply to concerns they make doing business with them an absolute horrific experience.

I have a magnifying stand with light, I have a black light I also have 20/15 vision and a see through grading tool to help make sure cards are centered. I check edges I look at the over surface I also polish cards and use microfiber and gloves and I use painters tape to edges and also use an AI to help me get centered advice. What does this all get me? 43 cards and 12 PSA 10’s of the 10’s there was nothing significant. All the bigger cards less one Color Blast was 9’/8’s and 7’s. PSA is a joke and today was the final straw. I’m selling my collection and getting out of this monopolized hobby. They take care of the big spenders with good grades. They shut down value bull to get the premium tiers taken care of for the bigger fees. I can tell whoever is reading this review without a doubt they are controlling population on cards. Not one card was a PSA of Flagg but the same set in lower end rookies or auto’s all 10 gtfo with this horse crap. Done with your sorry ass good riddance can’t wait for the bubble to burst

Sent two cards, one new and one in bad shape. And they couldnt even bother and sent one back as a 'do not holder'.. ive seen far worse cards graded and cant understand why they just send it back like they did and still keep the money. BS!
