SCAM - MONEY GRAB
My son sent a card of Elly De La Cruz to have autograph authenticated. My son personally got this signature. I was there when he did. We can provide proof. Card returned from PSA saying signature could not be authenticated. I called to offer proof and they will not accept. I get there are dishonest people who may use false proof. I requested my son’s money back stating my son should not lose his money when an authenticator made an error. If you don’t want to accept our proof then he should at least get his money back.

You know they suck
Terrible company and I found out they have child molesters grading cards. I'd prefer if their employees went back to jail and made license plates... Or grade them, whatever

Extremely disappointing experience.
Extremely disappointing experience.
I submitted 15 cards to PSA. 12 out of the 15 were not graded, with several receiving N3 (Evidence of Recoloration) or N5 (Altered Card) designations. These cards had been purchased from 12 different sellers, and I had never altered, cleaned, recolored, or modified them in any way.
To make matters worse, I still had to pay an upcharge for the three cards that PSA did grade, which received grades of 6 and 7. After spending a significant amount of money, I was left with 12 ungraded cards, extra fees, and no meaningful explanation.
The biggest issue is PSA’s complete lack of transparency. They provide no detailed explanation, no evidence, no marked images showing the alleged alterations, and no real appeal process. Customers are simply expected to accept the decision and pay the fees.
When a grading company has such a major impact on the value of collectibles, collectors deserve clear evidence and accountability. Without transparency, it is impossible to have confidence in the consistency or fairness of the grading process.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend PSA.

Psa is probably one of the worst…
Psa is probably one of the worst grading systems I have ever seen. You can look at graded psa card that is label a 10 or 9 white whiting on the back or major eye catching flaws. Makes no sense on how that even became that grade. I sent 15 cards out all mint. I took my time with each cards. I even took out some cards cause of a tiny flawed they had. Out of the 10 cards I have receive not one was a 10. I’m still waiting for the other 5 to come back. I wasn’t expecting to get all 10s from the cards but haven’t receiving one is crazy. But I bet if I sold them the cards it would became a 10 magically. I’m so disgusted with the company.
I called the customers service number to hear how they grade from the employee. “He said it can have a little flaw and it doesn’t have to be perfect. I purchased the 599 grading value. When they review my staff promo gengar they said it had a tiny dot on the back corner. That is the only thing wrong with the card they give it a 9. The math ain’t mathin to me and to see them own 80 percent of the grading company. If that doesn’t say controlling card population idk what is then.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience.
I have been trying to get assistance with a card that has been pending being placed into the vault for going on three months now. It’s unbelievable. I have called in and emailed several times with no help.

If I could give negative stars I would
If I could give negative stars I would. This is a scam company run my scam artists who aren’t professional and don’t know what they are talking about. I pulled cards super carefully even wearing surgical gloves and sleeved them immediately. I have picture and video evidence showing the cards in absolute mint condition yet my cards not only received a poor grading but came back damaged even though that would have been impossible to happen in transit given how
Meticulously I packed them… I’m going to be looking into suing the psa and putting them out of buisness permanently.
