Collectors Club Magazine is not being delivered. I have an active subscription but they still not take accountability on this issue: I do not receive any magazine since december of 2025. I tried to contact costumer service by mail and by phone but they refuse to give me more details about the real carrier to deliver this items and by now I still not receive any magazine or promo card for all 2026. I recommend not to suscribe to the Collectors Club if you, like me, are not in the US because they just avoid any responsability and answer the same things without providing any solution.

Psa esta teniendo muchos problemas al gradiar muchas tarjetas las manda que estan alteradas y tarjetas que estan en buen estado con calificación en 5 o 6 la verdad necesitan buscar personas que de verdad les guste hacer el trabajo y hacer que sus clientes esten contentos con lo que reciben por que yo como coleccionista espero recibir buenos resultados no desperdiciar mi dinero en algo que estare decepcionado si las cosas siguen así con esta compañía prefiero otra compañía y se los recomiendo a los demas ahí muchas compañía que hacen buen trabajo

First time, and only time I will ever send a card to PSA. Had it at their facility since beginning of March and now have lost the card. Will only reimburse for the raw card at time of delivery to facility. Bullshit company!

My brother and I sent in 25 pokemon cards to PSA in March, it is now August 10 and we just finally got our grades back. We check our cards before to ensure they are quality and should grade high, tell me how PSA made us wait 5 MONTHS and then only gave one of our cards a 10?? Straight up it feels like we got scammed

PSA is a scam!! Stay away!! I paid extra for the expedited card grading service. Sent them a card valued at $5000. The turnaround time was 14 days. Took them over 3 months to grade my card. I called customer service several times. They would just apologize. No refund. No discount. This company advertises an expedited service and charges extra for it but doesn’t keep to it. They have no business ethics.

They took my money but provided no service. This company is very scamming and I would not recommend them for anybody.

If I could give these idiots a zero I would.

Long time user of PSA, having had hundreds of cards graded with them over the years. But I am moving to another company as PSA standards have continue to diminish while turnaround times do nothing but increase. Poor customer service and even poorer communication from them. My last order missed its turnaround time by over six weeks and all I was offered was a promo offer to save 10% on my next order with them.
