PSA is a scam! I sent 2 Kirby Puckett autographed baseball cards in for authentication. I knew they were authentic because I got the autographs from Kirby myself as a kid when I used to go to twins games. After waiting 2 months and charging me $90, PSA said their grading experts concluded they were not authentic! When I inquired about it they stuck to their findings and refused to refund my $90. Do not give PSA your business!!!

i've made some big mistakes in my life but this is the biggest. I figured I would try this company out for my Pokemon card and since this was the first time I've done this; I followed the instructions they provided to the letter. They received my card on August 30, 2024 and as of September 11, 2024, my order wasn't entered so I emailed them. They responded with, in my words, we'll get to it when we get to it. You only get one chance to make a good first impression. NEVER AGAIN!! NEVER AGAIN

PSA (PROFESSIONAL SPORTS AUTHENTICATOR) IS A HAS BEEN COMPANY! Their pricing structure and charging practices are ridiculous and unfair, and their business practices are unscrupulous. THE MONOPOLY IS OVER!!!!!!! USE BECKETT CARD GRADING SERVICES. A FRACTION OF THE PRICE, AND JUST AS QUALIFIED. PSA has .... NO consistency, NO Industry standards....simply extremely subjective, AND UNWILLING TO DISCUSS FAIRNESS PRACTICES. USE BECKETT CARD GRADING SERVICES. A FRACTION OF THE PRICE, AND JUST AS QUALIFIED.

I am new to PSA and tried their site. I wanted to send in multiple submissions but in one shipping package. There is no clear guide or FAQ on how to do this. What they do have is a enter your card field with their appropriate fields + add another submission. And there's always add for submission. Logically, that means that the buyer is trying to send a multi order in. It was brought to me later on when I called them 43 times that I got someone on the line with me. He told me that I had to back out of the first submission page and manually select each card to put into a single order. I had a total of 23 cards, and I spoke with someone named "JB". The first "JB" I spoke with was great, he got in touch with his supervisor and said that after all the cards have been sent back to me they would start the refund process. I waited and waited until all the cards came back and spoke with "JB" again, this time he claimed he was "JB" but that was not the voice of the person I spoke to the first time. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he denied it and he cut me off and said that there was nothing they could do. He was lieing about not being able to refund me even though the first "JB" did. The first "JB" even adjusted some of the cards pricing so that I don't have to pay the shipping fee for each individual card. Imagine paying at least $16 per card with 23 cards. That's a lot of money for anyone. They aren't trustworthy and do not uphold their end of the bargain. I want my refund back and from my calculations it should be around $450. Be careful what they tell you because when "JB" went to speak to his supervisor, they took a while to get back and changed the story on me. They thought I'm an imbecile and wouldn't file a complaint against them. They do not value the business itself which is for card collectors and I will not tolerate their culture onto me.

Pay more than advertised for a higher grading. I said no, and they still won't give me my cards back.

Scam society. fake Pokemon cards authenticated PSA 10, cards in perfect condition PSA 6 then returned which became PSA 10 without any explanation. Their management of the rare card market is shameful. Don't give them your money
