I had a nice card just slightly off center, nice corners, nice edges, nice surface just a slight off center and I got a 7. Don't waste your time and money I've been using SGC for now. Much better.

PSA rejected a pack that I sent through my friends shop after it was in grading for two months they shipped it out a day later then said they knew what it was and charged the full price and didn’t give a reason all they said was because of no specific info and there was not that much information and it wasn’t in there system on the rejection label it said no grade they are supposed to give your money back when it says it’s that but I didn’t get my money back don’t send cards that’s not in there system this company has no moral obligation to charge once in authentication and grading bad second experience I’m not even agreeing to there terms I don’t have a membership

Card first came out as a 3 and now its coming back from Beckett and its a 9,5 Psa only for streamers giving them the good ones

Worst grading service able got a japanese moonbreon came back as a freaking 3!!!! Sended it to beckett gave me a solid 9.5

I wish people would stop giving this company money, they are scummy and know that most people will continue to use their service so they do not improve because they do not have to. If you want to spend premium prices to spend a year waiting for them to grade your cards only to return them either damaged or swapped this is your company! they will not reimburse you either, they will wipe their ass with your expensive cards and you just have to deal with it. truly incompetent and useless.

Used to be 5 star as it was great service. However they jacked up the normal grading service in canada to $100. That's ridiculous. Cgc and bgs don't even charge nearly that much.

5 cards sent in separately! All were pack fresh! Out of the pack, only touching the edges, because I knew I had something GOOD! And securely packed it in a protective case and Stored it in a Gun Safe with a Dehumidifier! Sent them in to be graded in 2024, all were a 7 or 8! NO WAY!!!! I will never send a card in for grading ever again!!! The cards were Mike Trout and Patrick Mahomes Rookie cards and a Super Rare 1 of 10 2017 Conner Mcgreggor signed card pulled right from the pack into a hard storage case and only rated a 7! What a bunch of BS!

We send cards to PSA regularly, last month FEDEX misdelivered a package, when we inquired about this $200 claim, PSA wants US to file a police report? or we cannot get restitution for our customers lost property! WHY should we take care of FEDEX's or PSA's issue? if that's the case! I will terminate my subscriptions to PSA Grading! DO YOUR JOB!
