PSA is an unethical company in my opinion. There renewal is downright dishonest and borderline criminal. If a good attorney is interest to do a class action lawsuit I would definitely be interested in suing this company. They are taking advantage of good people! A good company would never make you pay for a service renewal for an entire year if you are are no longer needing that service. The ethics of this company is defintely in question!

Can see why everyone has moved on to JSA & Beckett. They are fraudulent themselves. Constantly moving the bar on fees. Have used them for years. Recently sent a batch of signed baseballs in and was quoted an add on of $75 for expedited service which I agreed to pay. Few days later was told it would actually be an add on of $175. I said no thanks, keep it standard... take as long as you like. Few days after, they charged my card the full amount, almost $400... more than twice the original standard amount. Further, by the time I actually receive the items in the mail, it will be many days outside the "expedited" window. COMPLETE FRAUD. Never again! User's recommendation: Use JSA or Beckett for Grading & Authentication

Very disgruntled. PSA cant be this incompetent. Submitted a Dick Butkis auto HOF card. WITH CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICATION. they send card back with a sticker saying ?Authenticate. No slab. But dont send my cert back. Why? I would like if anyone has info how to pursue this? They just devalued my card and took any proof i had. And kept it. Any suggestions?

They advertised $120 Loupe Credit and card grading starting at $15 for their collectors club. After paying the 89.99 entry fee, they shared that the credit only is disbursed over a period of 6 months, and Gaming cards are $15, Sports Card grading (which much is what they are known for) is 18.99 per card with the fee. When I messaged them about the false advertising and deceptive marketing, I asked to cancel my membership and refund my money. They denied the request and offered me a $20 voucher in a few months as an apology, but come on. They denied my request for a refund after clearly deceptive marketing. Super unethical.

SPENT ALOT WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEN A CARD WAS DAMAGED IN THE GRADING PROCESS WHICH MAKES NO SINCE SOMONE SHOULD BE FIRED. THEN THEY OFFERED ME LITTLE TO NOTHING FOR THE CARD, THEY DESTROYED IT WAS GOING TO BE A PSA 9 THEIR DAMAGE REDUCED IT TO PSA 7 THE OFFERED ME $30 ON A /8 ROOKIE PLAYER. YOU CAN'T USE COMPS ON CARDS THAT ARE IN THE ROOKIE YEAR I'M GONNA LOOSE SOME GOOD MONEY ON THIS CARD AND PSA DOESN'T CARE ONE BIT. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! USE SGC TO GRADE YOUR CARDS

Zero response to numerous customer inquiries over the years. I guess they have enough peoples money and don't want mine

This company is such a joke. They will only give out 10s to those who have spent thousands of dollars. PSA takes your money first and they don't care about the true condition of the cards. I had a card that was a 8 but BGS gave it GEM Mint. Never again will I ever give this crappy company any of my hard earned money. Boycott PSA!!!!!

I wanted to change my ship to address as I didn't realize it would be signature required and I couldn't be home for the delivery. Fedex wouldnt allow me to do it so I tried calling PSA. No matter how many times I called, they would simply hang up on me. I tried submitting a support form and sending an email with no response. I tried calling early in the morning and was finally put on a queue. AFTER 5 HOURS on hold it was finally my turn and they simply hung up on me... I've never experienced such awful customer service. This should be so easy to fix. Now the card will be shipping back to them and I'm not confident I'll ever see it. The Fedex location is 2 hours away from me so I'm unable to pick it up
