I have sent multiple submissions with maybe only 5 coming back tens and all my high valued cards coming back 9s or 8s there’s no transparency with this company and they make the money and try to over control the gen pop.I know a lot of my 8s and 9s should be tens I check and pre grad every high dollar cared I send in For now on I will cracking all my slabs and resubmitting them to TAG or Beckett at least there transparency of to why

i found a scratch on the back of the card. they shuold help you to protect the card and increase its value, not damage it

Human emotional error. You’re otw towards monopolizing the grading system the least you could do is be better. Nobody likes you except tweens, that’s because they don’t know any better yet. The crash and burn is definitely coming unless you nut up and get human error out of the grading process.

Where to start, I submitted my cards for grading on the 27/11/24 and I’ve just received them back today I used a mixture of bulk and value bulk albeit the two cheaper options but it’s been 120 days+ turn-around way more than they quoted, the next issue is the grading it’s self in there’s just no consistency with it, the cards I assumed would do well didn’t and cards I just sent for a laugh thinking I’d get 5-7 grades ended up getting nine’s, I’m no grader but having been collecting slabbed cards for years now I know a little about it and I’m sure they’re just throwing darts at a board now to determine the grades. The reason I gave it a two instead of one was because when I did query them about my cards they were helpful and informative. I really want to make Clear I’m not salty over bad grades I just think there needs to be some more honesty- transparency about grading times.

Just had a phone call with customer service. Brad was so nice and caring and he seemed like he is an amazing person. Definitely would recommend sending your cards to PSA!

I have before and after pictures.. conveniently all my cards that should have graded higher, came back with lower grades, and the SAME EXACT little white knick in the bottom right corner for the majority of the cards, some coming back with more damage than that. It is clear that someone had the stack and accidentally whacked them into something on that corner.. very disappointed, will not use again.

Do not use PSA they are horrible with the way they treat their customers. They are money hungry. My wife purchased a membership through them on accident due to having dementia. I can't get them to return my phone call let alone refund me. They lie to me every time I call them and tell me my money is on the way. They know my wife passed away and still continue to be heartless and lie just for a couple bucks. I do not recommend them to anyone. I am going to continue to leave my reviews everywhere. I'm putting one on a billboard today. One woman even laughed at me when I told her my wife passed away. Sad day when the world turns to this.
