PSA is obviously the best grading name out there, so if you decide to grade do it with them. With that being said, I recently sent a card in and it almost took 13 weeks to get back from sent out until returned to me.. which means there busy and that's a good thing, but to my point I personally wouldn't send them any card that dosnt have a peak value of 300-400 dollars because with this wait time your better off selling raw ( in alot of instances) ... they're obviously the most reliable and ccurate grading , just 13 weeks felt like a long time for a card to grade, maybe they're short staffed and need to higher more employees

Just got a few cards back from PSA and cannot fathom the stupidity that exists in that company. I purposefully sent in off-centered cards and received 10s on a few of them. They graded my autos harsher than the cards themselves. PSA is trash and I will NEVER use them again, so much for the “gold standard!” How my dual-graded cards came before my other graded cards is beyond me?! SUCH A TRASH COMPANY!!!!!

So I am super disappointed with p. S a upgrading company i sent over 250 slabs and out of 250 slabs. Maybe I got 10 cards in AP. S a ten and the lower valued ones.I am disgusted, because I just heard now that they're going back from 45 to 55 grading after I spent over $3000. What happens to me now after they're grading better because of all the negativity, they got from their sixty forty grating, which I was in,? Psa, you guys should look out for your loyal customers like me who spend thousands on a regular basis because I stream what not and drip stream name ZaRdLiVeZoN i go to a lot of conventions.And I just overheard this weekend that you guys are going back to 45 to 55 grading submissioning i would love somebody to reach back out to me. Now that you're back to your normal grading process, what happens to the people who spent thousands like I did as a streamer, I'm super disappointed in your grading I am a pokemon streamer and p s a has been around for a very long time, and I had to submit to beckett as much as I didn't want to because their grading is, better, my opinion compared to what your sixty forty was now that being said. Somebody can contact me from. There on my cell phone number, At and tell me how you're going to resolve this issue, because what do you do for the people who spend tons of money and lost a lot because you want to change your grading every other month? This is beyond disgusting. I want answers. I want resolutions. I want somebody to step up and answer from this company that's been around for a very long time. I am 47 years old. I remember as a kid grading through you guys with baseball cards and football cards and etx so please, I'm begging you guys. Whoever is he's listening from your company. Please respond to me as soon as possible. Thank you right now. You get a one start if you resolve this. I will change it, and I'm a big streamer where I am going to start. I'm telling people not to use p. S.A. until I hear back or somebody resolves what's going on. I should get some reimbursement on all the disgusting grades. I got back. Funny, you graded tens in the lower ends, but nines on the higher ends. Because, you know, the value that's very uncomfortable. Knowing that, that's how your company works. Anyways, please get back to me as soon as possible

I submitted a card for 15 day turnaround and paid the expedited fee for it. $59 and $20 to ship each way so Im into it for $100. PSA received my order on May 12th. It is now June 16th, they charged my card for the service and shipping on the 12th. Got the email my grade was ready that same day. PSA 10. Ok so i have been expecting an email with tracking but NO! I have sent numerous emails to them and all I got was that the 15 days is an "estimated" turnaround. So this morning I go to check to see about tracking and my submission that was showing completed is now back in QA for some reason. I will NEVER send to PSA directly anymore.

Absolutely worthless to use this company anymore. No explanation, bull crap graders, and they take their issues outside of work onto the customer. Real POS company

They damaged the cards I sent (one of the cards had grease on it, disgusting) and some were very loose in the slab. They are also manipulating the population record by giving inaccurate grades. Tried to resolve it with their customer support, but they give inconsistent information and sometimes don’t respond weeks on end. And when you call them out, they just deny any allegation. Had no choice but to do a chargeback. First and last time I will use their grading service.

So I submitted an order to PSA after they sent me a promo code for $50. I clicked the hyperlink contained in the email I was sent from them and set up my order and submitted it, but I realized the new beta for submitting cards using the iOS app and taking pictures never prompted me to enter a code prior to checking out. So I thought to myself, not a big deal, I’m sure customer service can refund me since I’m still in the offer window and have the email with the offer code… nope. Erika, a customer care rep responded to my help request and basically told me she can’t help. Wow, how useless. Anyway, I think I’ll start using a different grading service after this.

I have 2,500 1989 Ken Griffey Jr. rookie cards. I went through about 500 of them and picked out the top 2. Both were perfectly centered on the front and back of the card. With had crisp corners, no damage to the edges and no blemishes on the cards themselves. These were the first 2 cards I sent to PSA. I wanted to test the waters before sending more. Im glad I did! Both were graded a 7! Needless to say, it passed me off. I did a search for other Griffey cards that were graded a 10. I actually found a few 10's that appear to be off-center on the front. Clearly, PSA doesn't have any certified standard. It must depend on the Examiner who gets stuck grading your card. They seem to be overworked and don't give a crap! Fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice, shame on me! This was my first submission and my last submission! * I wish I could post the photo of my 7 and the photo of the 10. Difference in value... $500! Centered card with no visible flaws - $7.00. Off-centered card with clearly visible flaws - $500+. PSA is a joke!
