Psa damages cards, population controls cards they own, takes months over the time they give, pure scammers, never again will I send a single card to psa they deserve a collective law suite, trash company!!!

This company deserves 0 stars or even half a star. This is a pure scam. Nobody is except people who pull brand new cards out of brand new packs with latex gloves and surgical precision are getting anything higher than a 7. And that’s if there’s no “print error”, which is weird bc in every other collectible industry printing errors always increase the cards value. Do no give this company a single dollar, they need to be investigated and likely shut down. This is an extremely shady business, do not trust. If you are a parent or new collector do not ever even consider using PSA for anything, consider any other brand if you really want to get an “opinion” on your cards worth

Sent out several card that were video taped right out of pack and they would not grade them. Yet im still charged the money and they had my cards going on 5 months. Complete scam.

Terrible company. Waiting well over 90 days for a 45 day order. They devalued my cards and held them so long the value was decreased for their own personal sale gained. Besides giving me complete trash rating on mint cards. Never submitting to them again. They are severely late at every stage in the process and again reduced the value for the cards. Why would anyone pay for twice the length for your service? The main card was time based value you’re literally robbing value.

Paid $135.00 for 5 business day service, I got card back in approximately 40 days. Card was mislabeled as a gold and should have been orange… /50 vs /25… card was even labeled to /25 on the front. Sent back approximately 4 days later. I got card back 30 days later. 75 days for express service…

Place is a scam. Every card i have that is high value is always an 8 or 9 the only time i ever received a grade 10 is on a base card. Ive sent 12 downtowns and 8 kabooms. All 8s and 9s. There's no way that none of them are gem mint. Its a joke they want you to send them back in and kee4p sending them in until you get a 10 its a money grab. I will never use their service again. 200 cards and 25 base 10s. lol

Personal experience just this week. Send in full 20 card submission. Cleaned and examined fully prior. DO NOT SUBMIT!! Out of the 20 subs, 3 came back 10, and the top ones all got 8s... will never trust PSA ever again. They switched my top cards out, and gave them to their friends I can swear. I have many pics of subs, and the cards they graded low and sent back were not the cards I sent to grade. Will be getting in touch with some lawyers to investigate.

PSA is nothing but a damn scam. I 100% know I had a couple jordans that were pure 10s only to have them grade an 8 ? WTF, cracked them sent them to beckett to have both come back a 10 both cards were 10,10, 9.5, 10. Psa makes there money regardless. No transparency. Its like they go out of thier way to not give a warrented 10. Im here to tell you we the collectors have let them get away with highway robbery.
