PSAcardReviews of psacard.com

This was my first and last time using PSA Authentication for my autographed football cards. I sent in 10 Football cards signed by Jerome Brown and Reggie White. The cards came back with questionable authenticity! This means that it doesn't mean they are fake but didn't meet PSA standards! I was a friend of the late Jerome Brown and he signed these cards the week of the New Orleans Saints game on October 13, 1991. I stayed with Jerome at his condo on Society Hill Dr in Cherry Hill, NJ. After Jerome passed away on June 25, 1992, I would get to know Reggie White at Jerome Brown For the Kids Football camp. Reggie signed those cards on May 16, 1993 in Brookville, FL. Oh by the way, PSA still charged me $344.89.

Inflated prices, unreliable grading, slow turn around, subscription costly with useless promos unless you want to things graded other than modern sports cards. They set the bar low and seem to get worse every year. This absolutely will be my last.

I sent in about 60 cards for grading, a couple Nolan Ryan rookie cards and Michael Jordan’s. Everything I got back was graded as an 8 and lower and one of the boxes I got back was 1’s and 2’s mostly. I know it’s a gamble machine but I didn’t think it would be this bad. I lost all of the money I used to grade these to PSA. I will never be using this company ever again for grading my cards.

100% scam artist

Good luck trying to get a refund in a timely manner. They will ghost you.

Horrible company, beware

I purchased two PSA 10 Pokemon cards off ebay, but they came from the PSA 10 Vault. The cards were shipped via Fedex, yet never arrived. I notified Ebay. They didn't care. Said contact PSA. I contacted PSA, and they said "not our problem, contact ebay". Back and forth, back and forth. Then I get an email from PSA that said ebay shouldn't have denied the claim, and they contacted them on my behalf, and expect a call from ebay. Shocker.......no call. Then I get an email from PSA acknowledging that the package was incorrectly denied. So here we are 4 MONTHS later. Im out $1750. And these two massive companies cant stop pointing fingers at who is responsible. Complete worthless. Everyone be aware of the company you are doing business with. They literally acknowledged the package was incorrectly denied, and they vanish. Complete trash. Both companies as far as im concerned.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. $45 a card for 20-30 day turnaround and it took over 59 days. Sent in 5 cards all hockey one from 1985 the other 4 from 1968 and before. 3 of the 5 cards didn’t even get a grade. Was given altered or non-holder on the others. These cards have been in plastic cases for over 30 years and no way have been altered or anything. Considering the scarcity and value of the cards I sent in a total rip off and a waste of money.
