The service was excellent and they were very timely with the recovery.

Proven Data Recovery was able to recover everything I asked for and provided a thorough diagnosis of the problem.

I have worked with Proven before and will continue to do so in the future. They do a great job and keep you informed along the way. Always excellent service.

I searched all over trying to find someone to help us recover years of precious family photos from a nasty randsomware virus. I chose proven data recovery because of what they advertised they could do and because of all the excellent reviews. Plus they wasn't going to charge if they were not successful. They may seem pricey, but it's relative to the importance of your data. In our case...... Priceless. They were 100 percent successful and we were very happy with every aspect of their service. I could see where someone that isn't familiar with computers and such would get frustrated, because the process requires access to your equipment and you have to help with that. If you are not tech savvy, get help and tell them you want proven data recovery to recover your data. Don't let them talk you out of it. You will be glad you used them.

Pleasure working with this company. Reliable and responsive. Highly recommend for computer recovery services.

Had all my files encrypted and everyone I knew said my files are gone for ever. I'm so grateful I found proven data they are a bit pricey but it's worth every penny I would recommend for anyone.

I nearly lost my entire digital life--personal and business. Proven Data Recovery salvaged all 30 gigs of data.
