We were locked out by the worst type of ransomware (locky) and they were able to de-crypt the files and get us back up and running. Thanks!

Proven Data Recovery was able to recover my files after I had two other companies tell me it was not possible. They did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them.

We are a small critical care hospital in the mountains, I was recommended by someone else that they would do a Great job! The first thing we did was install teamviewer so they could login and get to your server. next they put a utility on the desk top. Since this was a Shared File server it is available by all nodes attached to the network. this meant that all antivirus needed to be shut down on each and every node on the network , pretty hard to do when you are working 24/7. I do wonder because they took the ransom letter if they didn't get the decrypt password and installed it in the utility. I haven't got the answer on that yet. I do give them a 4 star rating because they did get us up and running, But we are still dealing with a lot of encrypted files .

We thought we had lost our wedding photos forever. The company we worked with did not have a positive outlook and told us our photos couldn't be recovered. After speaking to Victor, he and his team took a few days to recover photos that we had been waiting to see for months. Thanks Victor!
