I contacted the customer service concerning my order and they were very quick to response with an update of my order. It was clear information and spot on. I received my order just as they had said. They also did a follow-up to make sure it had arrived. GREAT customer service!!!! I wish more businesses would take note.
Dissapointed
I ordered the Trump Vance $2 bills on November 8th. They said they were delivered on December 2nd. They were never delivered. On January 3rd they said it was returned to sender and had me confirm my address. I did and they said they resent my order. On January 17th they once again said they were delivered. Is in the first time they were not delivered. I told them again I did not receive the order. On Jan 21st they emailed saying they would send it to the proper division to look into it. I have received nothing since them. Customer service seems to be nothing but bots. Will not answer the phone.

I ordered a Pocket Patriot and it came broken. I contacted them and they sent a replacement immediately! I then received a second one it was broken as well. These guys were so sorry and are sending me another immediately too! Third times a charm 🤞🏽Bravo for their efforts 👏🏽👏🏽

i have been contacted by one of the costumer service, because I hade forgot to put my full address and they contacted me to make sure they had all the right information in order for them to send me the package, and it was greatly apppreciated. cher service was very cordial and competent I would definitely order from them again
