The product was just as described. I was concerned that I had been enrolled in an automatic monthly program. I emailed them and they got back to me the very same day and explained that I was not. They are great to do business with and you can trust them.

At 1st I was a little pissy about the wait but I see now why it took a little longer. All good!

I would give their products 5 star. However, customer support is non existent. They will not help you by phone. You must do it by email. Very frustrating.

Ordered the President Trump 6 coin collection back on Sep5th and they have still not shipped my order. Contacted them and they give some bs excuse about the warehouse just recieved the order or that the mint shipped the coins late to them, yet when you look them up, its an apartment complex? Very slack service and I do not recommend doing any business with this company, person again!

I ordered 3 coins over a month ago, now going on two months. All I get is excuses, yet they still are selling these coins knowing they cannot fill the orders. But, they have no problem taking the money from the customer. There is a saying “Fool me once, shame on you……Fool me twice, shame on me” “I will never order from them again”!!!!!!!

Wonderful customer service. I accidentally had my coins shipped to the wrong address, and they fixed it immediately. I am a proud patriot, and I love their products and customer service and this country!
