Your Customer Service is very thoughtful, and encouraging, while I was wondering when my order would arrive.

The coins were beautiful and a delight to have. It is as described. 4 star because it took cust serv 7 days to respond to my concerns, plus I was unaware my order would be split in 2. My order was confirmed on 6/28 and I have not received the rest of my order.

Communication was very fast. My problem was solved, without any argument, which was surprising to me. I give them four stars because they've resolved my issues with great communication

I am proud to be a patriot but I do not want another membership only a tee shirt. I was willing to pay but not the monthly fee. The company has incredible customer service and the individual you get to speak to and who handles you is excellent. You guys are excellent.

On August 21st 2025, I made a purchase on PP.com and elected to accept a Trial Membership to your PP VIP club. I understood that I would be charged for the membership AFTER 21 days of TRIAL. I did not wait 21 days to ask to be excused. I decided to discontinue the trial and ask to be excused without charge. I received an email, on September 4th, replying to my message to you, at support at proudpatriots.com, stating that there was no Trial membership in my name to be canceled. I was surprised because that was not what I recalled. Thank you! I guess my memory was at fault. I will continue to shop at Proud Patriots!
