I would give their products 5 star. However, customer support is non existent. They will not help you by phone. You must do it by email. Very frustrating.

I purchased 5 items on 4/16/26. On the 21st I received notice of shipment of 1 of my items. On the 22nd I received notice of shipment of the second item. On 5/2/26 I emailed their support to determine the status of my remaining 3 items. Their web site said something like "processing' or similar. They followed up with some stupid response about "waiting for a package can feel like waiting for a pizza delivery in the middle of a power outage..". Not even funny. They even proceeded to tell me that if they had a Star Trek transporter, then I would already have my package (what a joke as it hadn't even been shipped). They told me that my order was shipped on the 21st. I believe that this was some sort of automated email. Anyway, I informed them that the aforementioned shipment was 1 of the 5 items shipped and that 3 were still not received. They never responded. So, I informed them that I would be having my bank dispute the charges in the next 24 hours. In the evening I received a message (automated I am sure) giving me a USPS tracking number. According to USPS, USPS has not received the package. This means that they just provided a number with no actual shipment. Absolutely no personal communication at all. I will most likely refuse the shipment and dispute the charges. I will never order from them again.

Purchase date was around the 13th of January not sure the exact date it is now the 31st I've bought lots of stuff from proud patriot over the years great products it is always been very slow taking several weeks to arrive the fact that they dont do tracking like everyone else always leaves me wondering was the package stolen or is it just taking forever its been two and a half weeks since I last ordered from proud patriot thinking my father would enjoy for his birthday and I have no idea if it showed up and was stolen or if they were very slow to ship sence package theft has only happened on 1 day in my neighborhood all my years at this address A lot of people assume since pretty much all their merchandise is Trump related that they donated to the Trump campaign or other Republican campaigns I reached out to proud Patriot and asked this question I never received an answer though when I looked elsewhere it seems there is no definitive proof that they donate to anyone despite their outrageous prices had I realized this sooner I wouldn't have bought near as much stuff from them as I have
