Not sure what’s going on with logistics and CS, but my last few orders have been a mess. Late, missing, wrong stuff, delayed responses from CS, etc. Current order is still pending after a month with no projected delivery date. Products still great, but will likely switch to another supplier while they sort things out. Order 178098 — been nearly a month since ordered. Ive tried contacting CS multiple times this last week and no response.

I should have listened to the negative reviews about items not shipping. My item did not even ship for over a week, and Paypal subsequently gave me a full refund. Save yourself some time, and do not do business with these incompetent fools.

Alex who is the owner really knows his stuff. He’s incredibly helpful and the quality of his products aren’t compatible to the stuff you find on store shelves. This is why I’ve been using PF for over 20 years.
