Protein FactoryReviews of proteinfactory.com

Great company! Great products! Enough said. Keep up the good work

I have been a Protein Factory customer for many years and I was very hesitant to write this review. They have excellent products with few or no additives, many sourced from Europe and good pricing. Their website does needs improvement. The problem I have with PF is their orders have been taking a long time to process. I can understand that some shipments are getting delayed due to the post office. But what is unacceptable is my sending several messages to the owner by text and email and rarely getting responses. He used to be more responsive. This looks to me he's not interested in his customers or the business anymore. I am currently looking for other sources.

Awesome products; great prices. Protein Factory is my go-to source.

I like the articles and what seems an honest approach to selling product.

#RollWave love the supplements and the ability to text the owner questions about them

From the first time Alex returned my phone call over 12 plus years ago, I have always found his insight and products to be top notch.
