It took a while to receive the product
It took a while to receive the product. Once product arrived the instructions on product use was not provided. Measuring cap was not included neither was recommended amount per serving. The taste of the protein powder was also awful. If I could return this product after opening it I would.

Hello, thanks for the order. For delivery time. You selected FREE shipping which take 1-14 days. We do offer economy, standard, and speedy shipping for a cost. For the taste, the powder is plain, and this is what plain protein powder tastes like. We recommend plain protein powder because you are paying for protein, not flavoring. You'll notice the powder is 90% protein. If you look at the main stream protein powders today most of them are only 65% protein, because the rest is flavoring. Adding your own flavoring is simply and more cost effective. We don't care to sell our customers "fad" flavors like cinnabun, and fruity pebbles. We prefer to sell quality protein powder and leave the flavoring to our customers. For the serving size 1/3 cup of 30 grams. Thank you
