I have ordered from you in the past and have yet to be disappointed. I wish the deltropin was available but you can't always get what you want. Otherwise no complaints.

I have to tell you that I bought the “vitamin C” and there was a shipping snafu and I wrote Alex and told him about it and he took care of me like a gentleman . I was very impressed and this is why I do business with this company . Alex will always try to make things right . He refunded me the shipping because I used the express shipping and it did not get here in the time it should have. This company is really one the most cutting edge companies out there , they sell QUALITY supplements that work and they stay away from all the BS . What more can you possibly ask for ??

They had exactly what I wanted at the best price available. Will definitely return for more products.

I love the content the website gives you on supplements. It’s feels good to know that a company is actually looking out for my best interests and not just my pocketbook. I am so happy I stumbled across this website. Please keep us informed with the great articles!

I rarely write reviews...at any website. I recently saw an email from Protein Factory (Alex) debunking some YouTube hack doc claiming whey protein, naturally rich in BCAAs, causes hair loss. I also saw a 3-star review complaining about shipping time and lack of a scoop and usage recommendations ("instructions") for the product. As a nutrition scientist that currently works in the dietary supplement industry, I get my protein from Protein Factory. Why? For the exact reasons the aforementioned reviewer complained about, and Alex gracefully explained in response. No frills...artificial sweeteners and other additives to create fruity pebbles and cinnamon bun flavors, etc. Prices are excellent. Many great options but I am currently using the native whey protein concentrate and the native micellar casein (eyeing to try the "lentil" protein next as it looks to be a protein-rich "superfood" more than just a protein). I can't find undenatured (native) whey from grass-fed cows for anywhere close to the pricing at Protein Factory (5 lbs. for $50!!! That's without a subscription discount). You want chocolate...get yourself some raw cacao powder (rich in flavanols that are great for you circulation and beyond), vanilla extract, and a natural sweetener like monk fruit. Some simple math can allow you to modify the amount of protein per serving using a tablespoon and/or measuring cups. The resealable bags work great too. I can tell you there is a lot of added cost and profit margin that you are paying for with those products you see marketed to you on social media and via banner ads on Amazon, etc. I have always received my purchases from Protein Factory within the specified delivery timing. This isn't Amazon Prime and if you need/want next day, then go pay the added premium. Shipping isn't free. Whether you realize it or not, you are paying for such conveniences you have come to expect. It's not rocket science...order in advance of running out if you intend to keep using. Alex does a lot more than protein right too. Creatine? Creapure Creatine Monohydrate. Companies keep trying to promote all sorts of other forms as if there is going to be a meaningful difference to you as the end user. This is the most tried (researched) and true form of creatine and it works. Plain and simple. If you aren't getting the results, check the factors that really matter like your diet, training routines, stress/sleep. Everyone should be supplementing citrulline to support healthy vascular function. Citrulline Peptides are manufactured by a leading ingredient producer in this industry and I can tell you the cost to purchase direct for use in dietary supplements is far more expensive that just L-citrulline. SOOOOO...it costs more. Both are good, but I prefer the citrulline peptides ingredient. You think there is something magical about "Citrulline Malate" because that was the form used in this study or that study? Malic acid is dirt cheap. It will participate in energy metabolism, but nothing magical about citrulline malate. Buy citrulline. You want malic acid...by it separate. Drink some apple cider vinegar (also provides acetic acid, which has benefits). Point is, Alex provides high quality ingredients that are minimally processed without a bunch of the frills that drive up cost to you. I have been ordering from Protein Factory for well over a year now. Finally decided to write this review to give Alex the credit I think he deserves. Thank you and I am grateful I found Protein Factory ;)
