Fast delivery, no problems there. The banana shake is absolutely vile. Tastes like im drinking a mixture of chemicals, totally unable to drink this product without reaching! Such a shame

Absolutely terrible customer service by Tracy! Ordered 2 jars and they arrived in a broken box and a lot of the contents from 1 jar all over the place. Asked to replace the damaged 1 but Tracy made me feel like it's my fault and basically told me"hey ho" The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. At no stage were they ready to replace or accept responsibility. Never, ever buy from them because if you face a problem, you may as well talk to the wall .

Avoid this company. I was in the process of possibly placing an order. I had a discount code which I went to apply and the purchase automatically went through, without the discount and without me authorising. I contacted them within two minutes and requested they cancel the order. They wouldn’t cancel despite me telling them under distance/online selling law I had a right to cancel. Their customer service is shocking. I will never buy from them again. Shame on you Protein.com

Well, I have received my order…see my previous review…raspberry and white chocolate shake and it’s absolutely disgusting…apparently it’s the best seller …DO NOT BUY! I’ve emailed customer service and Tracey Customer Relations Manager was trying to fob me off with some rubbish rules they’ve made. There is zero customer service in fact it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experience. I think maybe the company should have a look at their reviews on trustpilot to get a reality check about their none existing customer service.

Products are good their customer service is non existent its just an automated message from someone called Sarah that comes at no matter what time you email them

Terrible customer service. Ordered two shake and 2 shaker package, selected vanilla cookie dough and strawberry. When the order went through somehow I ended up with vanilla (and the two are NOT next to each other when selecting) And only one shaker. Contacted customer service and it is an AI generated auto-response. Nothing that can be done! These are not cheap and no way to cancel or exchange due to it being a food product even if unopened. Would definitely not recommend

Order arrived next day but they are absolutely disgusting. I ordered the coconut & pineapple and raspberry & white chocolate and my daughter ordered the iced coffee and pineapple coconut. All of them taste absolutely vile. The smell, the taste, actually made us all gag 🤢. Wish I’d have read the reviews on this site first then we could’ve saved £123 between us.

My order came 2 days early. The chocolate banana flavor is so far one of my favorites.
