Sooo yummy! 😋 Honestly one of the best proteins I’ve tried. It’s creamy, tastes delicious, and doesn’t have that weird chalky protein aftertaste. It actually feels like a treat instead of a protein shake 😂 Definitely getting more!

Ordering is easy and delivery is very quick so I have no issues with that. I ordered vanilla first, this was nice, secondly I ordered the strawberry, tastes very artificial and wasn’t keen but kept going. Thirdly I ordered the banana, it’s horrendous! It tastes vile, gave me a huge headache and it leaves the most disgusting after taste. That one’s going in the bin! Have I lost weight? 2 tubs in, 1lb!!!!!! I’ve done everything to the letter and lost one pound!!!!!!! Needless to say, I’m not continuing with this!

Ordered a slim meal replacement tub and found what looked like a bit of red sponge in it whilst drinking it. Contacted customer service who say they looked into it despite replying in 5 minutes and they couldn’t confirm it was from them, almost insinuating I had done it myself. They told me not to drink the rest of it but because of their ‘non-negotiable policy’ couldn’t give me a refund or replacement. I’m now stuck with an almost brand new tub that I can’t drink the rest of and am out of pocket. Their customer service is absolutely shocking and I would advise anybody to stay away from them unless you like wasting your money. It seems as though they’re quick enough to take money but don’t like giving it back when they don’t provide the product you’re expecting.

Ordered with free shaker, it was removed at checkout and didnt notice. Given 2 stars because the powder arrived quick and the customer service are very quick to respond to emails but I'm being told my order didnt come with shaker despite sending 2 screenshots of the offer including one and it being ticked to be included, they make it sound like a user error which is absolutely insulting.Bit of a shame for it being so heavily celebrity endorsed.

Tanning capsules caused issues with headaches and Brain fog, no returns allowed. These are known side effects and it should be clearly mentioned on their website that the possibility of side effects exist, and to stop taking immediately if they do. Refund would also be nice

I’ve previously ordered from this company & never had an issue. Recently I placed an order but unfortunately I did not receive the goods. I was happy for another order to be placed until I came across a very rude customer service representative. I now have requested a full refund as per the consumer rights law 2015. They’ve basically had me jumping through hoops which I’ve done as per the requests. Now I’m being ignored. I have never in my life experienced a company like this,so very unprofessional. Quality products but customer service is appalling. I will never shop with them again & would advise others take heed of this unfortunate situation I’m finding myself in.
