I was sent the incorrect product. I ordered Vegan impact protein and received a damaged packet of Whey milk shake. Immediatelty messaged them and recieved very poor response. I will not be buying from them again, it is a shame as I like the product but the lack of customer service is shocking

Product taste was terrible. Taste medicinal. Called for refund. They don't refund. Asked for partial refund, refused that as well. They should offer trail packages at a lesser amount. Most people can't afford to throw money away which is what I have done now.

Don't ever try to cancel after they have taken your money as they will not . Stay away from this company . They took my order through shopyfiy that i did not authorise and won't do anything about it

Very disappointed with my current order. I ordered 7 days ago, admittedly they did post the next day, and used Evri as their courier. Unfortunately they have misplaced my order and I have still not received it although I have had email replies from both companies, I am just being fobbed off, telling me to wait. My most recent emails yesterday have just been ignored. I don’t know where to go from here as no phone contact. Dissatisfied with the customer service of both companies.

I have purchased about 6 different flavoured shakes in the past couple of years and praised them to my friends on the taste and easy mixing etc. I recently bought the newer flavour iced cappuccino and found it tasted awful a slight taste of coffee then an awful chemical aftertaste which stuck with me most of the day, I let my grown up son try ut, he uses protein shakes regularly and it made him sick. I contacted the firm to inform them and ask them to investigate the batch number. They were very unhelpful not issuing and refund or replacement and j doubt they will investigate the issue. This will be the last I buy from them due to this after service. The company would be better selling smaller amounts because it is a lot of money to waste if you do not like the product

Day 6 still waiting on order customer service awful asked for refund, They say can not give refund as perishable goods.

Ordered a slim meal replacement tub and found what looked like a bit of red sponge in it whilst drinking it. Contacted customer service who say they looked into it despite replying in 5 minutes and they couldn’t confirm it was from them, almost insinuating I had done it myself. They told me not to drink the rest of it but because of their ‘non-negotiable policy’ couldn’t give me a refund or replacement. I’m now stuck with an almost brand new tub that I can’t drink the rest of and am out of pocket. Their customer service is absolutely shocking and I would advise anybody to stay away from them unless you like wasting your money. It seems as though they’re quick enough to take money but don’t like giving it back when they don’t provide the product you’re expecting.

Tanning capsules caused issues with headaches and Brain fog, no returns allowed. These are known side effects and it should be clearly mentioned on their website that the possibility of side effects exist, and to stop taking immediately if they do. Refund would also be nice
