I'm sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the $69 subscription fee. It's important to us that our patients are fully informed, and so we will take your feedback into consideration. Our membership is communicated at the time of booking, it's on our front website, and after your account is created you receive an email explaining the membership benefits and cost. I appreciate you reaching out about the refund, as explained in your email the refund was submitted at the time you contacted us but it takes a few days for the banks to process the refund.
