I heard many stories over the past two or three years about how frustrating and difficult it has been to acquire real property loans. I can tell you that if you work with Wendy Russell at Prospect Mortgage you will have the best person in the business. My purchase and loan went forward with no hitches despite the fact there was a very difficult party on the other side and we were really pressed for time given the short timeframe to complete the transaction. Without Wendy's tireless assistance the task would have been impossible. She made it easy and consistently kept the process moving forward. Wendy goes out of her way to make sure every step is as convenient and stress free as one could hope. Scott Moses and Prospect Mtg have been extremely helpful and professional throughout my loan process. I never felt like "a file" as other companies out there make you feel. Erin was awesome throughout this entire loan process. He took care of everything in a timely manner and was always available to us if we had questions. This can be a scary process but Erin was with us the entire way making us feel comfortable and taken care of.

Mark, Tom and Tina are such a hard working team and they get the job done. My loan was a difficult loan to get. We all worked hard together and communicated well between the four of us and got it done. I have used the Mark Johnson team before and got the same great results. I would never consider using another company and I refer my friends and family. I personally cannot say enough about how much I appreciate all they have done for me.

Julia Case is a great loan officer to work with. She does all she can to make the process as easy and fast as possible. Staying in touch with everyone involved is important for the process to go smoothly and she does just that. I will continue working with Prospect Mortgage and Julia on many more loans.
