We had a great Loan Officer, Rodney, who walked us through the whole mortgage process from start to finish. He made sure we had all our documentation in order and that everything was taken care of for closing. He was also very good at answering our questions and explaining the lingo of the trade and what each item on the closing cost estimate represented. At closing his estimate was higher than the actual expense we incurred which was a pleasant surprise! Would use him again for sure!
