Prospect Mortgage was excellent in helping me purchase my new home. Nick Long worked with me from beginning to end. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and made it easy for me. I appreciate his staff's assistance as well. They were great! I'm a very happy new homeowner and couldn't have done it without the excellent assistance and guidance of Nick Long. I highly recommend him for your mortgage needs!

Prospect Mortgage and Steve Masuta (Loan Officer) have been a great resource and huge help in coordinating my first home loan and now my refinance mortgage. Steve's consistent communication and knowledge made the process extremely easy. Would recommend to anyone.

Working with Jeff Hovey and prospect morgage was a relief. I was able to trust that they know what they are doing and were honest about what they could and could not do to help me achieve my dream.

Ty was wonderful working with me and my client to arrive at a fast (2 week),seamless closing that didn't seem to be the case with the first lenders we worked with. Thanks so much for pulling this one out Ty!

Anthony kept us in the loop during this transaction and was clear and upfront about our expectations. He was able to follow through on his promise of a smooth and no surprise closing. Would use Prospect and Anthony again.
