Homebridge (formerly Prospect)Reviews of prospectmortgagedirect.com

A big thanks to Kathy, Michelle, and the rest of the team at Prospect Mortgage – Fresno. We appreciate your help in securing our loan for our new home in Madera. The entire team was very organized, thorough, and professional, as well as kind, which made all of the difference in our interactions. We put our trust in Prospect Mortgage and you most definitely came through for us. Thank you for treating us as people rather than just home loan customers. You stand above the rest!

I just wanted to take a minute and let everyone know how pleased I am with the service I received from Prospect Mortgage and specifically, Sandy Edelstein at Prospect. Initially, when I considered applying for a home mortgage, I was very apprehensive but the whole process, start to finish, with Sandy and Prospect was extremely efficient and quite "painless"! They were actually to close and fund the loan in a very fast time!. They exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend both Prospect Mortgage and Sandy Edelstein at Prospect if you are in the market for a home mortgage.

We couldn't be happier about our experience with Wendy McDermott and the entire Propsect Mortgage team. Professional, knowledgeable, always working on our behalf and willing to answer questions and guide us every step of the way!

My mortgage officer was great

Todd Walcott is an excellent loan officer and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a trouble-free experience.

This is the second time I've used Brian Reeg and the team at Prospect Mortage. Both times they made the Mortage process painless and I was able to get a larger loan both times than I could have anywhere else. Mike Conway

We worked first with Jesse Byrer at Prospect Mortgage and he was one of the most professional and kind people we have every worked with. His knowledge and guidance through the process was very impressive. Whenever we stopped at the office to drop off paperwork, Jesse would try to stop in and say hello and see if we needed anything. His assistant, Jamie Kopecky was amazing. Honestly, she communicated with us on a regular basis and always returned our calls and/or answered our emails promptly. She would meet with us and review where we were at in the process and what we needed to get that approval and "clear to close". The underwriting department (Tori and Kevin) also were great. This wasn't our first mortgage. We've owned many houses through the years and we have worked with many mortgage companies. Prospect Mortgage exceeded our expectations and did so in a very timely and professional manner. They made it happen and just as important, stayed in touch with us, giving us updates and going over things with us and answering any questions we had. We could list the mortgage companies that we would never recommend; most of them being large well known banks, however, instead we'd just like to suggest that you contact Prospect Mortgage and see what Jesse Byrer and Jamie Kopecky can do for you.

Take ur time and look at different choices before u deced which house will be your home.
