Ronnnie Strickler has been awesome to work with from the beginning. I filled out a form on the website; and she called me right away. She worked to get us pre-approved, explained the whole process, and was always available whenever we had questions. She went the extra mile to make the loan process very easy, especially since we did the financing remotely from the mainland to purchase a home in Kailua Kona.
