Professional, knowledgable and helpful
Rich Daesener was extremely professional and helpful. This was my third mortgage in my life but by far the easiest and least stressful of them all. I would definitely recommend and use Rich again in the future.

Amazing service, if I could rate higher than 5 stars I'd do so without hesitation!
We were first time home buyers & very worried about the tight timelines of our escrow. Sandy was there at every turn to answer questions, reassure us that things were on track & most importantly - to deliver on what he'd promised. I HIGHLY recommend Prospect Mortgage & will be using them for all my mortgage needs for years to come. Thank you Sandy for everything!!
