Our refi was not the fastest loan we've ever done, but I certainly believe it was the easiest. Our LO was in touch with us constantly, proactively contacting us to let us know when major milestones had occurred, or just to reassure us that everything was still moving along during the slower parts of the process. When we had questions, our LO was quick to reply (often in a matter of minutes!) and didn't even blink when we threw him a curve ball about halfway through the process. I can't imagine it being any easier, or feeling safer with our choice of lender. Will definitely call him again when it's time to refi (or to upgrade to a larger home.)

Overall, the folks at prospect were fabulous.

After working with a "big bank", they had requirements that were way out of line so I was referred by my insurance agent to try Prospect. From day one they attentive, helpful and very responsive. No matter who I talked to they were on top of the loan process. And the best thing was that they were able to get me a higher loan to value ratio than the other bank and a better rate!
