Worst possible
Worst possible These guys drop shipped Amazon [crap] mic stands seprately, as part of a bundled mic set with a substantial markup...the gear arrived with the receipt from Amazon in the Amazon box at lower cost than I was charged by Pro Sound... Same equipment is available at other reliable stores..asked them to simply take the stands back, I would keep the mics, credit me and send shipping label or credit the cost of shipping... the answer was no. I could have bought the same equipment anywhere else at the same or cheaper price with no hassle.. I would stay far away from this shady outfit No legit supplier drop ships Amazon branded equipment at a markup...bad business

Very Impressed with customer service and price/deals
Very impressed. They hooked up a killer deal. New Allen & Heath Xone 92 for $999... they said if i used a certain code they'd send a new one instead of a B Stock item (still a great price for a warrantied BSTock.. anyway i was skeptical. They adjusted the delivery options for me so FedEx would hold it at a FedEx location so i could pick it up when i wasn't at work. got the box.. opened it and sure enough. BRAND NEW UNOPENED Xone 92. Sounds great.. Great customer service. Very responsive. I"d do business with them again any day.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHIPPING ARRIVED EARLY. PRODUCT WAS GOOD. PRO X NOT SO FOND OF ITS PRODUCT. BUT OVERALL GREAT COMPANY TO BUY FROM I WOULD RECOMMEND ALL DJS TO SHOP HERE BEST PRICES NATIONWIDE.

EKX duo package not complete
I bought the EKX duo package and didnt receive all my packages after calling and emailing numerous times they shipped the rest of my products and the boxes were damaged and one speakers had a large dent in the grill and one handle was damaged (this is almost a thousand dollar speaker by the way) and I still havent got a reply back and also the mounting poles that was supposed to come with the package I still havent recieved. This is the most expensive purchase I have made on a sound system and is by far my worst buying experience and I will never buy or recommend buying from pro sound gear
